Notary scheduling software for New York title agencies

If your New York agency already has its own notaries, the right software shows you which of them are free in the county you need, before you pick up the phone. NotaryBoard does that. It shows your notaries' live free/busy by county, from Long Island to Buffalo, and you send the signing in one tap.

We're based in Madison, New Jersey, and New York is one of the three states we're setting up boards in first. If you're comparing tools across the whole category, see the best notary scheduling software for title agencies. For how the work gets done without software, see how title agencies schedule notaries.

What's the best notary scheduling software for a New York title agency?

It depends on who you want doing the signing. If you want software to find you a notary from its own network, you want a signing network or a signing service. If you already have notaries you trust across the state and the hard part is finding out who's free, you want roster dispatch software. NotaryBoard is notary scheduling and dispatch software for title agencies. It does not supply notaries. Agencies invite and manage their own. It shows you each notary's real free/busy, filtered to the county you need, and you send the signing in one tap.

How does it handle coverage across New York's 62 counties?

Each notary sets the state and counties they cover, so a coordinator only sees the ones who actually work the area. A notary who covers Nassau and Suffolk won't clutter your list for a closing in Erie County. Filter by county, see who's free at that time, and send the signing to the notary you want. On the Pro and Agency plans you can send it to everyone who fits at once: the first to accept gets it, and the others are told it's covered. County filtering is included on every plan.

Do our New York notaries have to pay, or share their calendars?

Notaries never pay. NotaryBoard is free for them, forever. They connect a Google or Outlook calendar once, and you see only when they're busy, never what they're doing: no event titles, no locations, no client names. That privacy line is why notaries are willing to connect. Apple Calendar isn't supported yet.

Does NotaryBoard supply notaries in New York?

No. NotaryBoard works only with the notaries your agency already uses. Some New York notaries are already on NotaryBoard, so if yours are, they show up on your board as soon as they accept your invite. The rest join free when you invite them. If you need notaries supplied, that's a signing service. Our sister company, 247 Closers, is one.

We have offices upstate and downstate. Does that work?

Yes. On the Agency plan, every office sees the same board, so a notary one branch trusts is visible to all of them. A request can also be picked up at one of your offices and returned to another. Signings at your own offices work on every plan, and so do remote online signings.

Can someone set it up for us?

Yes. NotaryBoard is built by 247 Closers in Madison, New Jersey, and we set boards up by hand. We build 10 boards a month, starting with NJ, NY and PA agencies. We load the notaries you already call, set your counties, invite your notaries and stay on them until their calendars are connected. Send us your notary list. If your board isn't live within 7 days, your first paid month is free.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly price per agency, with no per-signing fees: $39/month (Starter), $129/month (Pro), or $299/month (Agency, for more than one office). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. Founding pricing for the first 25 agencies, locked for as long as you stay.
