Partner program
You make the introduction. We do the demo, the setup and the support. You earn 25% of what each agency pays for its first 12 months.
Built for people who already talk to title agencies every week: title software consultants, signing agent trainers, insurance brokers, association folks and former title operations leaders.
How it works
What agencies hear from us: we import their notary list, get their notaries connected and walk their team through the first live dispatch. If their board isn't live within 7 days of the list, their first paid month is free. That makes your intro an easy yes.
What you earn
| Agency plan | They pay | You earn monthly | First 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39/mo | about $9.39 | about $113 |
| Pro | $129/mo | about $31.24 | about $375 |
| Agency | $299/mo | about $72.51 | about $870 |
25% of what the agency actually pays, after any sales tax and card processing fees. Ten agencies on Pro is about $3,750 in their first year, with no cap on how many you introduce.
Straight answers
No. NotaryBoard is scheduling software that title agencies use with their own notaries. It isn't a signing service and doesn't supply notaries. Commission is paid only for introducing software customers, never for steering a closing, a title order or any settlement service.
A written intro (from your portal, or an email with Arron copied) or a signup through your link within 90 days. It doesn't count if the agency was already talking with us in the 120 days before. If two people introduce the same agency, the first written intro wins.
Once an agency has paid for 60 days in a row, your commission counts back to its first payment. We pay every quarter, within 30 days after it ends, through Stripe. Balances under $100 roll over, and everything is paid at least once a year.
You're an independent partner, not an employee. Stripe collects your W-9 when you set up payouts and sends your 1099 at year end. NotaryBoard never sees your bank details or tax ID.
Yes, with your employer's OK. Your own employer doesn't earn you commission, and neither do businesses you own unless we agree otherwise in writing.
No cost and no quota. The agreement runs for a year and renews, and either side can end it with 30 days' notice. If it ends normally, agencies that were already paying keep earning you commission for the rest of their 12 months.
